"Take care of what takes care of you"
This was one of his favorites and in this case he was referring to our partners, carriers and his employees. His good sound business principles and truths of life are the foundation for the company and have allowed us to grow and become successful.
Joe Tex also knew that it was imperative to have the best people on board as managers, dispatchers, and staff. He was able to attract and retain some of the very best in the business and our core management team represents more than 100 years of transportation experience.
Joe passed away in June of 2003, however his spirit and encouragement is very much alive every single day at Joe Tex, to help inspire our employees in doing their very best to meet all transportation management requirements. That was the way he lived and what he taught anyone that spent any time with him to do.
We assure you that his work ethic, dedication, and determination to see that the job is handled right and on time are the principles that he instilled in each and every one of us.
We are pleased to carry on and expand his proud tradition of serving the transportation industry.
